My Story

An Early Sense of Responsibility
From a very young age, I felt life asking me to grow up fast.
When my parents divorced at nine, my father stepped away, and my mother was left caring for three children while running her own business.
Silence, instability, and responsibility became part of my everyday world, and I learned early how to hold myself together.
Movement Became Home
Rhythmic gymnastics became my refuge, a place of structure, discipline, and movement. It offered me safety and direction, allowing my body to express what I couldn’t yet articulate. With time, I came to see that this discipline not only held me, but also shaped a relationship with my body rooted in control rather than listening.
Strength, Dedication, and Achievement
I devoted myself fully to the sport, guided by determination rather than ideal conditions.
Years of discipline led me to national and international competitions, multiple championships, and moments of great achievement. From the outside, everything seemed aligned.
When Structure Fell Away
When I retired from competition, everything changed. Travel, freedom, and stillness revealed an inner emptiness I had never faced before. Anxiety surfaced, my identity blurred, and I struggled with self-worth, emotional dependency, and disconnection from myself.
I reached a point where I felt lost, unable to find answers outside.

Turning Inward
That moment became the beginning of my inner work. Through body-based and energetic practices, I began releasing emotional weight and reconnecting with myself from within — not intellectually, but deeply and honestly.
As my inner world shifted, my outer life followed.

Walking This Path Together
Today, I hold space for others walking their own journey, not as a teacher or guru, but as a guide and companion. I believe transformation happens when we listen to the body, honor our emotions, and take responsibility for our inner world.
This is a grounded space for self-awareness, presence, and conscious transformation.
Everything we seek already lives within us.
Sometimes, we simply need the right space to remember.
